Troubling Issues/Problem Solving

 

In the Annual General Meeting Report of September 2012, a proper chain of communication should be followed if or when a difficult matter arises. Parents are advised to follow the seven step procedure.

 

The seven step "Tell your" :

• Step 1: Teacher

• Step 2: Principal

• Step 3: PTA

• Step 4: T.M.L. Board

• Step 5: School Supervisor (at the Ministry of Education)

• Step 6: Minister of Education

• Step 7: Media reporter

 

It is the hope that these matters when they arise will be settled very early in the chain.
